Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the website, products, or services provided by Code Wizard (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage our services.
2. Services
We design, build, and ship custom software — including web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, and AI integrations — under engagement terms agreed to in writing with each client. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any specific engagement are defined in the corresponding statement of work or proposal, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code samples — is the property of Code Wizard or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without prior written permission, except as explicitly permitted by these Terms or by law.
Ownership of deliverables produced during a client engagement is governed by the statement of work for that engagement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or deceptive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, or otherwise interfere with the website's operation.
5. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
6. Disclaimers
The website and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Wizard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a client engagement is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Code Wizard is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
